I have just discovered that all activities with the reason code 'Ongoing dialogue' and 'Call back' are imported with the status 'close' instead of 'open' even though the status always change to 'open' when you select one of these reason codes. Is it possible to fix it for the imported ProToSell campaign and also going forward?
